We’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit on full-priced items if:
The item is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
It is in original condition – unworn, unwashed, tags attached, and in its original packaging
You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Please note:
Refunds are not offered for change of mind or incorrect fit
Return postage is at the customer’s expense
We do not accept returns or provide refunds on sale items
Savvy B On Seymour reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
To initiate a return, please email us at youbelong@savvybonseymour.com.au with the following:
Your order number or receipt
Reason for return
A photo (if the item is faulty)
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Savvy B On Seymour is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 2–5 business days for your return to be processed.
Store credit will be issued via email as a digital code
Store credits are valid for 3 years from the date of issue
Refunds (for faulty items only) will be issued to your original payment method if purchased online, or by cash if purchased in-store.
If you believe you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will require your proof of purchase and a photo of the item.
If the item is deemed faulty, you may choose from:
A replacement (if available)
A store credit
A full refund
All faulty returns are assessed in line with Australian Consumer Law
